Washington Town Center is located in the Township of Washington, central-northern Bergen County, New Jersey, and is the only commercial retail location in the Township of approximately 10,000 residents. The Center also serves several neighboring towns including Ridgewood, Paramus, Oradell, Hillsdale, Woodcliff Lake, Emerson, River Vale, Harrington Park, Park Ridge, and Westwood. The Center is conveniently located on Pascack Road, a major north-south county road with a traffic count per day of approximately 22,000 cars. The Garden State Parkway (Exit 168 North or Exit 166 South) and State Highway Route 17 are easily accessible. There is ample parking at the Center for shopping convenience. Washington Town Center has been serving the needs of the community since it was built in the early ’60s and completely renovated in 1998. The Center, which is approximately 130,000 sq. ft. in size, is composed of an interesting array of consumer-based retailers, some of which include A&P Super Market, Rite Aid Pharmacy, PNC Bank, Bow Tie Cinema, Dunkin Donuts, Dairy Queen, United States Post Office, and over 19 other successful merchants.
