Garfield Commons is a Power Center in a CBD-like downtown environment. Garfield represents a microcosm of very dense residential housing with a diverse cultural mix. Serving the densely populated communities of Garfield, Lodi, Passaic, Wallington, and portions of Hasbrouck Heights, and Clifton; Garfield Commons has a community-oriented 3-miles trade area. The center was first built in 2008 with Walmart and Applebee’s. Marshalls and McDonalds were added in 2012, with Burlington, Ulta, Carters/Oshkosh. Americas Best, and Five Below being added to the expanded property since 2016.
