New Jersey is home to many terrific leasing opportunities. Here is a rundown of four exciting recent leases over the past few weeks.
Logistics Firm Leases 844,373 SF in Mount Olive, NJ
List Logistics, a leading third-party logistics and distribution company, has leased 844,373 square feet at 703 Bartley-Chester Road in Mount Olive, NJ. This deal ranks among the largest of 2022 and a top lease in the second quarter. The space is inside the massive Garden State Logistics Center and was formerly occupied by Toys R Us.
The space includes temperature-controlled facilities, warehouse management system integration, and on-site assembly and packaging services.
Co-Working Provider Leases 10,000 SF in East Brunswick, NJ 
Office Evolution, a co-working provider, has leased 10,000 square feet in East Brunswick, NJ. The deal was announced by Newmark, and provides Office Evolution with space in the 24-story One Tower Center building.
The building has been newly renovated with a redesigned seven story atrium lobby, an updated full-service cafe, an improved seven-story covered parking deck, and a new amenities center. It also provides quick access to downtown New Brunswick and Rutgers University.
George Fisher, co-owner of Office Evolution, stated that “we are excited to open our newest location at this newly upgraded building,” adding that “One Tower Center’s impressive updates and extensive amenity floor will help us attract more members searching for a hybrid office space with a modern design, a professional setting, and top-notch amenities.”
Food Products Supplier Leases 1,500 SF in Hillsborough, NJ
Agashe Foods, a food products supplier known for its peanut-based hot sauce, has leased 1,500 square feet in Hillsborough, NJ. The deal was announced by Larken Associates. The space is located at the Hillsborough Business Center, which is easily accessible from many major highways in the area.
Rob Marek, executive vice president of the in-house brokerage division of Larken Associates, stated that “our leasing success at Hillsborough Business Center continues to showcase how our
spaces help local businesses craft their own success stories. Through providing spaces that directly match our tenants’ dynamic needs, each of our properties stands out in their respective markets and we’re delighted to watch our tenants, both existing and new, continue to find success at our properties.”
Speech/Occupational Therapy Practice Leases 4,000 SF in Wayne, NJ 
Precision Therapy, which provides Speech, Feeding, Cognitive, and Occupational Therapy, has leased 4,000 square feet of office space in Wayne, NJ.
The deal, announced by NAI James E. Hanson, provides space in the 100,000-square-foot Wayne YMCA, which comes with a private entrance, ample parking, a pool, a gym, and workout equipment, as well as easy access to Interstate 80 and routes 23 and 46.
NAI Hanson’s Josh Levering stated that “we are confident this new location at the Wayne YMCA will provide [Precision Therapy] with the ideal space to continue to grow their practice as they serve the local community for years to come.”
